1- Prepare the cookie dough by mixing the wheat flour, butter and egg yolks. Form small round cookies with the dough and bake for 15 minutes at 180°.
2- Then prepare the pumpkin seed jelly. The day before, consider soaking the pumpkin seeds overnight to help peel the skin. Wash them, grind them and mix them with a lump of sugar. The mixture is then blended and cooled until it acquires a thick consistency.
3- After the cookies are cooked and cooled, put the pumpkin jam on top.
