Between Mardi Gras and Valentine’s Day, you have a lot to do in the kitchen. Fortunately, we have planned for you easy recipes, some quick, but above all varied and seasonal for the rest of the week. We’ll let you discover all this.

Monday: Oriental beet salad, carrot pancake with cheese, apple with cinnamon espresso
Monday is meatless! To start the week off right, we have prepared a menu rich in vitamins and delicious. As a starter, beetroot and orange will bring sunshine to your day. Carrot pancakes can be made with seasonal vegetables. Add spices and cheese as desired.

Tuesday: leek fondue, ham béchamel pancakes, waffles

After a long week, we enjoyed the simplicity of hard-boiled eggs and a seasonal quiche with leeks and bacon. The egg whites that will not be used in homemade mayonnaise can be used to make delicious coconut stones.
